馃尭 Why did I choose my major? 馃尭

Hi miss and classmates! The story of how I choose my specialty is a long. When I was a child I liked a lot of dream jobs like being a singer, dancer, fashion designer, doctor. I even told my mom I wanted to be a chef once 馃崫.

When I was in high school I wanted to study something related to science like medicine or obstetrics because I loved chemistry and biology, but I was also good in the humanist area and I was also interested in some majors of this area. For this reason, I decided to enroll in "Bachillerato"(baccalaureate) of sciences and humanities at the University of Santiago (USACH) -spoiler, it wasn't the best decision馃榾-

In my first semester of Bachillerato, it was centered on humanities, I was doing well, but it was a stressful environment, there were a lot of classes (I didn't have much time to rest馃槱) and mathematics wasn´t like what I had seen at my school. Finally, in the second semester, I decided to leave because I had already understood that I was more passionate about the humanities than the sciences馃挅 And thanks to my dad's advice, I finally chose journalism. 

Finally, journalism is a major that I have fallen in love with, it is very broad and I love that I can have many options to choose from in the future.

Hi, Mr. Careaga and Classmates another blog! 馃槉 As a child of the 21st century, my history with technology began with the little shell phones and video cassettes of the Teletubbies  馃挆 And my first desire for a technological object was born when I was 7 years old and my father bought a mirror shell cell phone for my cousin, I felt very sad and jealous because I didn't get anything馃槩.  Finally, my cousin's cell phone only lasted 3 months because she dropped it in the toilet 馃槧 (I'm pretty sure that this was ) (When I was a little girl, these cell phones were in the movies and series, and I wanted them with all my heart.
